Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our Corporate Leasing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and assisting companies in finding suitable commercial office spaces that align with their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Identify and approach corporate clients looking for office spaces, retail spaces, or commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable leasing options.
- Schedule client meetings, property visits, and presentations.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth lease transactions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing leasing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, rental values, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of commercial real estate and corporate leasing (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Leasing, Real Estate, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial real estate leasing or corporate sales.
- Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
