Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and technically qualified professionals to join our Technical Sales team. This role involves promoting and selling our specialized bioculture products for ETP/STP applications and solid waste management. The ideal candidate will have both technical insight and sales ability, with hands-on experience in the wastewater treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close sales for bioculture-based solutions across industries and municipalities

• Visit ETP/STP plants, understand customer pain points, and offer suitable solutions

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions

• Prepare technical proposals, project reports, and pricing documents

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery, and technical support

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service

• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in ETP/STP commissioning, troubleshooting, or proposal preparation

• Sales experience in wastewater treatment components such as blowers, diffusers, dosing systems, etc.

• Understanding of basic biological and chemical treatment processes

• Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong technical interest may also apply

Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical or Environmental Engineering

• MBA (Marketing/Sales) or M.Sc in Chemistry / Environmental Science

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
