Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
    • Ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination
    • Lead site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
    • Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts.
    • Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.
  • Client Management
    • Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project.
    • Share weekly progress reports, address queries, and manage approvals.
    • Conduct site visits and presentations with clients.
  • Quality, Cost & Time Control
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budget.
    • Track expenses, raise alerts on deviations, and optimize costs.
    • Implement strict quality control measures and adherence to drawings.
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Identify risks, delays, or challenges and create mitigation plans.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (MBA/PM certification preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in office interior fit-outs / commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
