Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle multiple open positions across different departments.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management and ensure timely hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
• Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
