Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Meet decision-makers and understand business requirements.
  • Present eCorpIT's technology and digital solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams during pre-sales and project handover.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
  • Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of IT services, software development, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, SaaS, or digital marketing sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
